The second star coin is one of the hardest ones in the game- like the first one in 8-Tower 2. The hardest is the third one in 6-A.

The in-game room references Coin 2 also, the little clue about requiring super mario. Would it be easier to just change the video around a bit?
@loki The death room should be finishe with normal mario (no Super, no Mini) Mini would be almost impossible for the rest of the course…

Switch coin 2 and 3… “Coin 2″ is #3 and “Coin 3″ is #2.
