there is another fire flower challenge in world 8, as hard as this one.
but in that one, if you are defeated, you have to spend another 4 minutes of boring tutorial since you return to the point only to be rusted again. VERY Frustrating.
I think this is the only weak point in the game design of mr skjmin.
Actually, you can save at the mushroom challenge, there’s a midway point there if you read the signs instructions and follow them (you have to walk up to the spike corridor and then return as the sign says to activate the midway point)
A tip for the fire flower challenge: first try to fire a fireball right in front of you to see if you are standing on the left ledge already (if so it will bounce off your platform and you will know that if you walk further left you may fall into the lava). If you are not standing on the left ledge now slowly go there. If the fireball you bounce off your platform lands in the lava try jumping and firing fireballs: there may be a ledge closer by. If both don’t find any platforms for you, there is ALWAYS one just past the landing point of the fireball you bounced off your own platform.
It may take a few attempts to get right, but you will make it eventually.

This world is nearly impossible! I’m playing it in version 2.5 and it’s the only world I can’t beat.
